Skilled Coach Standard™ Membership
by CA II, LLC dba The Self Trust Coach

Effective as of Date of Purchase

1. MEMBERSHIP ACCESS & INCLUSIONS

As a member of the Skilled Coach Standard™, you receive:

• Access to the Insight Hub: a growing library of video lessons, tools, and client-focused coaching strategies.
  
  
• Access to the Ask Your Mentor Community Hub: a dedicated online space for ongoing questions, mentorship, and connection.
  
  
• Weekly Live Sessions: Live Q&A and mentoring or Coach-the-Coach peer practice sessions, guided by Dawn Ledet or a trusted facilitator.
  
  
• Professional Development Credit Tracking: Earn monthly credits by participating in sessions and engagement. Once minimum credits are earned, you’ll receive the Skilled Coach Standard: Year of Mastery™ Certificate.
  
  
• Bonus Opportunities: Periodic giveaways such as free session reviews, advanced trainings, or spotlight features.
  
  

2. PAYMENT & BILLING TERMS

• Monthly Plan: $97/month, recurring monthly.
  
  
• Annual Plan: $600/year, renewing annually on the date of initial purchase.
  
  

By enrolling, you authorize The Self Trust Coach to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis, based on the plan selected.

3. RENEWAL & CANCELLATION

• Your membership automatically renews each billing cycle (monthly or annually).
  
  
• You may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] or using your account portal, prior to your next billing date.
  
  
• Cancellation will stop future payments but does not refund previous payments.
  
  
• Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
  
  

4. CREDITS & CERTIFICATE

• Professional development credits are earned through active participation in sessions, community engagement, and self-evaluation activities.
  
  
• The Skilled Coach Standard: Year of Mastery™ Certificate is awarded after earning the required credits within a 12-month period.
  
  
• The certificate is valid for one year and may be renewed through continued membership and credit accumulation.
  
  
• Credits are tracked internally; members will receive quarterly updates and may request summaries at any time.
  
  

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

You agree to respect the confidentiality of other members and clients discussed in group or written forums. All content, feedback, and client scenarios must remain within the container of The Skilled Coach Standard™ membership.

6. COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials within the Insight Hub, session recordings, and downloadable resources are the intellectual property of The Self Trust Coach. These materials may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

7. COACHING DISCLAIMER

Participation in this membership is for professional development and mentorship purposes only. This is not a certification or licensing program. Dawn Ledet is not acting as a legal, medical, or financial advisor and all decisions remain the responsibility of the member.

8. MODIFICATIONS

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these terms, session frequency, or membership structure at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any material changes.
