Example:
Before self-trust, I forced myself into extreme strategies—like selling my car so I’d have to walk two miles to work every day—just to control my habits.
After building self-trust, I no longer have to force anything. I set trust-fueled schedules that allow for twice-daily park walks, time with friends, and still get more done in 6 hours a day, 4 days a week than I used to in much longer hours.
