The Self-Trust Coaching
Certification

For the coach who is good at this work — and knows there is a layer of precision they haven’t reached yet.

You leave some sessions carrying more than you brought in. You offered the reframe, held the belief, found the insight — and watched it land beautifully in the moment, and then watched it not quite stick.

The client felt something. But a week later they’re back in the same story. And you’re good enough at this to know that’s not a client problem.

What I’ve learned across more than seven thousand coaching sessions is this: when we offer a client our perspective — even a good one — we give them borrowed belief. It lives outside of them. It belongs to our seeing, not theirs. And belief that lives outside of a person cannot change how they see themselves from the inside.

Self-trust is not something a client builds through consistency or accumulates through evidence. It is a choice. Available in every moment. Before the evidence. Before the confidence. Before anything has been proven or resolved.

A Self-Trust Coach’s job is not to believe for the client. It is to create the conditions in which the client discovers they already believe — and always could have.

That is a different practice. More precise. And lighter — because you are not carrying the client’s belief. You are holding space for them to carry their own.

That heaviness you’ve been feeling?
That’s the weight of belief that isn’t yours to hold.

The philosophy

A complete framework for coaching from the assumption that every client is whole, capable, and already in possession of everything they need.

The methodology

Eight observable coaching behaviors — from the posture before a session begins to the closing move that returns everything to the client.

The embodiment

Your own self-trust work runs parallel to the coaching training. You cannot coach others from a place you have not yet inhabited yourself.

The community

Twelve coaches. One cohort. Six months of certification training, six months of supported application. A practice community that continues long after the program ends.

This is not for everyone

This certification is not for coaches who are still deciding if coaching is their path, looking for a credential to substitute for client work, or hoping a new framework will solve a business problem that is actually an identity problem.

This is for coaches who have a foundation, are actively working with clients, and can feel — even if they can’t yet name it — that something in how they’ve been trained is producing results that don’t quite hold.

Certified coaches are free to teach and coach everything they learn and become. The certification is yours. What it does not grant is the right to certify others — that distinction belongs to the program itself. Applications are by conversation. There is no purchase link. There is a waitlist, and then a real exchange — because the first act of this certification is a coach choosing it from a place of genuine discernment, not urgency.
