I've sacrificed personal peace and relationships in pursuit of big goals, all while battling self-judgment and criticism. While I achieved those goals, it was painful, isolating, and frustrating.
A crucial tipping point led me to discover a profound truth: self-trust changes everything. Through introspection, study, and coaching, I embarked on a life-changing journey, transforming from a burned-out executive to a peaceful entrepreneur with a greater capacity for relationships, success, and a fulfilling life.
