MONTHLY PRIVATE MENTORING AGREEMENT

CA II, LLC dba The Self Trust Coach (“Company”)
and
Purchaser (“Client”)

PURPOSE & AGREEMENT

You’re enrolling in monthly private mentoring with The Self Trust Coach to receive personalized, strategic, high-touch coaching and mentorship. This agreement outlines the expectations, policies, and payment terms for your participation.

PROGRAM DETAILS & PAYMENT TERMS

What’s Included:

  • (4) Private 30-minute mentoring sessions per month via video conferencing

  • Ongoing access to the Insight Hub and Ask Your Mentor community space

  • Option to submit (1) recorded client session per month for expert review

  • Unlimited email/text access between sessions for quick questions, support, or celebration

  • Participation in the Professional Development Credit System

Payment Terms:

  • $500/month, auto-drafted on the date of initial purchase

  • Payments are processed automatically via ACH or secure card

  • Price is subject to future change with 30 days’ notice. You’ll always have the choice to continue or cancel before the next billing cycle.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • Membership is month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time before your next billing date.

  • If you cancel: Any scheduled but unused sessions will be forfeited.

  • If we cancel: All scheduled and unused sessions will be honored.

  • No refunds are provided once payment is made, including partial months or missed sessions.

SCHEDULING POLICIES

  • All sessions are scheduled by you via the calendar link provided.

  • A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling. Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited.

  • Recordings are available upon request. You may also record and retain your own sessions.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Your participation and coaching content remain fully confidential. We will never disclose your name or details without explicit consent. You are always free to share your experience.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for your results and decisions. As your mentor, I’ll offer expert insight, perspective, and strategy—but the power is in your hands.

This mentorship is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice. I am not a licensed healthcare provider or financial advisor.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CREDITS

Monthly participation includes access to a credit-based system recognizing your ongoing commitment to mastery. These credits contribute toward earning your Skilled Coach Standard: Year of Mastery™ certificate.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All coaching materials, tools, and recordings shared are copyrighted and owned by The Self Trust Coach. They may not be reused, sold, or redistributed without written permission.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

By completing your first payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. This agreement supersedes any prior discussions or communications.
