Stop Solving Symptoms.
Bring me the thing in your business that's taking up your attention. Leave knowing what actually needs your attention next.
Bring me the thing.
One thing that needs your attention (or is taking up too much of it). One hour. Leave knowing where it actually lives and what to do next.
No prep needed. Come with a decision. A change. An opportunity. Something that isn't working. Something you're about to build. Something you've already decided but keep reconsidering.
Bring me that.
Because not everything taking up your attention needs the same kind of work.
Sometimes something genuinely needs to be built.
Your offer needs work. Your messaging isn't clear. You need more data. There's a skill to develop. Something needs to be tested, changed, strengthened or practiced.
When something needs building, build it.
And sometimes the difficulty with the 'how' starts reopening the whether.
Whether this is the right direction. Whether you should make the change. Whether the decision was right. Whether you're capable of creating what you decided you want.
That requires different work.
And sometimes, of course, it's both.
Bring one thing. We'll look at it together.
- What have you already decided?
- What information do you actually have?
- And if the decision stayed made, what would need your attention next?
You'll leave knowing whether something needs to be built, something needs to become more fully decided, or you're working with some of both.
And more importantly: you'll know what to do next.

What should I bring?
Bring the thing in your business that's taking up your attention right now. It might be a decision you're making, something you're changing, an opportunity you're considering, something that isn't working, or something you keep coming back to. You don't need to diagnose it before you come. That's what we'll do together.
Bring me the thing.
One thing that needs your attention (or is taking up too much of it). One hour. Leave knowing where it actually lives and what to do next.
Come with the one thing as you understand it now. You don't need to prepare anything else.
