Hi, I’m Dawn. From the moment I entered coach training and experienced my first instructor-led session, I knew I was meant to mentor other coaches. Not from a place of having all the answers—but from a deep love of the process and a gift for translating the “why” behind each tool into something clear, usable, and personal.

Over the past several years, I’ve logged more than 4,000 hours of  coaching and had the privilege of mentoring hundreds of coaches across diverse styles, niches, and philosophies. Through that, I’ve developed a refined framework for navigating the client journey with clarity—one that helps coaches use their tools intentionally without feeling boxed in by them.

My expertise isn’t about teaching you a rigid system.
It’s about helping you refine what you already know, expand what’s possible, and evolve into the most powerful version of your coaching style.

💫 A Few Things That Make Me… Me

  • I’m known as The Self Trust Coach, but I promise I don’t have it all figured out—I just believe in walking through the doubt with curiosity and compassion. And learning—from myself and others—when to adapt, adopt, or abort the lessons in favor of what works best for me.

  • I have two rescue pups who are constant sources of love, laughter, and life lessons (plus more coaching metaphors than I can count).  They were an integral part in my faith journey and the stars of Trust. Surrender. Obey.  my most recent book.

  • My dad once built me a full theater-style makeup station—not because I asked for it, but because he noticed I kept leaving the house with an unfortunate foundation line between my chin and my neck. His way of protecting me from embarrassment? Big lights, a giant mirror, and the kind of support only a dad can give. 💗

  • My favorite moment in any coaching session is when a client starts to see themselves the way I do—when they shift from seeing themselves as the obstacle to what they want… to realizing they’re actually the way to it.

  • I’m obsessed with that quiet, magical moment when a coach realizes: “Oh. I actually do know how to do this.” That spark of self-trust? That’s everything.

  • And my last name is pronounced Luh-Day. Oui, it’s French. 😉
